It was nice stay at Leela Backwaters Inn. Location is good. Breakfast is good but dinner was not good as it takes lot of time to prepare food due to limited staff availability. It is fully AC hotel and completed packed from all sides, so stingy smell was there. If you keep room open for some time, mosquitoes will enter inside. Room service was good. We got our room upgraded to suite room. All other room sizes are small.

It is fully ac hotel and completed packed from all sides, so stingy smell was there. If you keep room open for some time, mosquitoes will enter inside. Room service was good. We got our room upgraded to suite room. All other room sizes are small.

we booked a double bed deluxe room. There was no telephone in this room. The room was not so good . The food is absolutely very bad in taste.

The room provided was terrible, broken wardrobe, no tv, no towels, no kettle and no land phone either. After request they provided tv and land phone. Most of the time, no one attended the reception phone. Restaurant food was pretty bad. We tried lunch. Water was stinking in bathroom.

it was the worst experience we had. The room and corridors were stinking of vomit. They didn't provide kettle which was basic. There was no land phone or TV in the room. It was put later on demand. The water was stinking in bathroom. the chair in the room was damaged. The cupboard was damaged. The bucket in bathroom was broken. Provided only one bath towel. No response or people available at reception most of the time.

It was a pathetic experience for my family. I will get tired if try to list down all the negatives hence I will try n be concise. No telecom (when asked the staff said all are taken but all the rooms were unoccupied that time), inexperienced staff (though nice behaviour), pathetic food (asked for prawns masala got it almost after an hour with all the outer shells and all), smelly washrooms, overpriced. Overall I think MMT should consider removing this property from list as it would make someone else’s life miserable and they would also blame MMT to have shown them this property
